The Graphic Design Intern is responsible for designing professional, innovative print materials for CPC. He or she will create eye-catching materials that will clearly explain, enhance and promote the image of CPC.
Responsibilities include:
- ·Designing a wide array of print materials, including brochures, posters, flyers and other various materials as needed.
- ·Contributing ideas on ways to enhance and improve existing print materials throughout the museum.
- ·Revising drafts of the projects in progress to ensure the highest quality materials are being produced.
- ·Communicating with CPC Board to receive and provide updates on current projects or future projects, to gain feedback, and to ensure projects are being completed in a timely fashion.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Preferred:
- ·Ability to work independently.
- ·1-2 years of graphic design experience.
- ·Creativity and innovation.
Availability:
All Semester internships are available. The majority of the work can be done outside of the museum on an independent schedule, though meeting regularly with Board is required. This intern is expected to work an average of 8-10 hours/week.
